On Friday Caitlyn had her four-month checkup (even though she's almost five months old) with the doctor. She measured 25 inches and weighed 13 lb. 13 oz. -- surely an omen....
Anyway, the doc said we could try baby food, so on Sunday Caitlyn had sweet potatoes! She wasn't too pleased, but she ate them and even opened her mouth for one bite.
It helped that Daddy danced like a loon between spoonfuls. Very entertaining. (Mommy will post the video as soon as Blogger stops acting up....)
Unfortunately, Caitlyn slept like poo (even more so than normal) on Sunday night and woke up Monday with a horrible rash all over her face and arms. We're not sure if it's from sunscreen (which she had worn before) or the food, but the doc said no more sweet potatoes (or sunscreen) for a month.... Poor little peanut girl!

Oh No! There are better foods to come. And, Gene, we had to do a dance to get Noah to eat veggies for a while as well... brush up on your entertaining skills!
