We have two chatty kids on our hands these days. Nathan is fond of talking about "ball games" (which applies to any sport-like event) and likes to say, "C'mon, [insert name]" to entice someone to join him in a ball game, to play with trains, etc. This week he pulled together a big-boy sentence (and sounded like a robot in the most adorable way possible): "Mommy read book to Nathan."
Caitlyn's latest sayings are relatively dramatic. "You're breaking my heart!" she tells us when we turn off Scooby Doo DVDs. And she attempts to legitimize many of her stories with "for real" and "I'm not kidding."
The only tough part? When both kids want to talk at once. (A shouting match typically ensues....)
