Our not-so-peanut Peanut Girl turned 8 years old last month! (A milestone that excited her – and terrified us – even more when she realized that she is halfway to diving age….) At her latest well visit, she weighed in at 58.5 lb. (55th percentile) and measured 54” (93rd percentile), which puts her at 12 percent BMI. And somehow, despite genetics, she still has 20/20 vision.
Caitlyn celebrated turning 8 with a chili dinner with extended family, a fairy-themed sleepover party with friends, and a Melting Pot feast.
And then the next week we took a long weekend to Great Wolf Lodge, where the kids picked up where they left off in late summer and morphed right back into fish.
Not to let his sister take all of the wintertime glory, Nathan had a milestone of his own. He lost his first tooth on Feb. 21 ... while eating a pickle!
