Spring is finally here, and our kiddos never want to come inside.
Over the winter, Caitlyn shed most of her bug bravery -- unfortunately just in time for the 17-year cicadas.... Regardless, she continues to be fearless around worms, which she insists on "rescuing" from the sidewalk -- and (rightfully) from her brother who tests their regeneration abilities. In other nature news, "Sissy" (his term) taught Nathan all about "blowing flowers" (her term). Our gardener (and weed-control service's best friend), spreading love, laughter and dandelion seeds wherever he goes:
Nathan also developed an obsession with basketball. He loves being outside, shooting hoops -- and cheating at it by standing on a step stool or climbing on a bench to ensure back-to-back slam dunks. Next to jumping, it's his favorite hobby. Our b-baller (apparently channeling Michael Jordan):
