Caitlyn loved it -- for about five minutes. The Bears won in overtime, but by the end of the third period, Miss Thing complained: "We've been here for hours. This is so annoying." Thankfully, she had the appetite of a teenage boy (growth spurt, perhaps?), so food provided a distraction for much of the night.
Nathan was mesmerized by the whole experience. He intently watched everything (including the fight which sent some players to "timeout") and obsessed over locating the mascot, Cocoa the Bear. Between periods Pop gave him a closer look -- and the chance to high-five Cocoa through the glass! Nathan returned to his seat with the biggest smile ever.
